With the start of the Tour de France, I thought I’d go with a cycling theme for this week’s Monday Morning Motivation.

Many people will be familiar with Martyn Ashton for his awesome Road Bike Party videos, but what you may not know was that Martyn was paralysed from the waist down in 2013. Here’s his amazing comeback video:
