    I have a clear goal at the moment. A new 5k pb. The only way I reckon I will achieve it is through specific training maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and a bit of inspiration. Watching fellow runners (Kev, Lawrence and Jules to name but a few) make significant progress helps me realise that if they can do it, so can I!
