Monday Morning Motivation: Marianne Heading
This week’s Monday Morning Motivation is courtesy of Marianne Heading. She is a female ultra runner who, like Jasmin Paris, has proved that when it comes to really long distances women can compete with (and beat) men.
Heading was the winner of the Montane Yukon Arctic Ultra 300 mile race back in February this year. She is the first European woman to win the race. It is held in temperatures of -38C.
