Monday Morning Motivation: Flat out

I like the puns that are included in the ThisGirlCan adverts and this one is no exception (‘Now the kids are flat out, so am I’). As a busy mum, I have to make every second of my training count. I try to squeeze things in when M is asleep. The idea of running ‘flat out’ rings true to me.
