Fat boy to Ironman… and a bit of shopping
Thanks to Amazon, I today learned that there is a book called ‘Fatboy to Ironman‘. It’s only available in Kindle edition, but it may be interesting to take a look at it. I didn’t know it existed until today (just in case you were wondering whether I had plagiarised it to come up with a name for my blog!)
My latest Pearl Izumi goodies arrived from SportPursuit today:
- A white ‘Bombing descents since 1950’ technical t-shirt (picture to follow later!)
- A grey Aurora t-shirt
- A turquoise Aurora t-shirt
- Three pairs of lime green, black and white socks
- Two different pairs of cycling mitts
- A pair of thermal knee warmers.
I love SportPursuit, because it features amazing deals. If you’d like to become a member, please follow my link and we’ll each receive £10 credit when you order something: http://www.sportpursuit.com/join/TamsynSmith
Pearl Izumi has a really neat logo and I love the design of their clothes. I already have the Aurora t-shirt in a salmon (pink/orange colour)… if you’ve been following my blog, you’ll have seen me wearing it. It’s so comfortable and has a pretty design. I don’t have many socks for cycling… and these ones are especially good as they match my shoes! I’ve accidentally ended up with five pairs of cycling gloves, but I hate the ones I have from Decathlon, so I don’t think I should count them!!! I’ve never tried knee warmers before – have you?
